Shipping information for your Laura8 Accessories purchase
Before we can ship, we process your orders to verify availability of the product(s), shipping selections and payment information. We process most orders within 2-3 business days and will contact you if necessary.

Depending on the volume of orders, a delay of up to 10 working days can occur.

We can personally deliver your order (a Laura8 team member will handle you the package at the address you provided - Bucharest only), or we can send you the package by courier or post mail (within Europe).

If we personally handle you the package, our Laura8 team member will be equipped with a POS system for this service. Orders from outside Bucharest are only eligible after you make the payment for the product (bank transfer).

All shipments of orders received on weekends are processed the following Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in working days. Standard shipping is estimated to be 2-5 business days depending on your location.

All orders are inspected and packed by hand.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address. If we do not receive any contact within a week of the package being returned, we will cancel your order.

Incorrect Address
We ship all packages based on the address that you entered during checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter in is correct.

Advice on Receiving Your Package
If you will be unavailable to receive your package sent by postal mail or courier service, please ensure that someone else will be there to receive and inspect your package.

Exchanges and Refunds
If for some reason, the customer is not pleased with the item(s) she ordered, we should be contacted immediately within 24hrs so we can refund the total amount less the shipping cost. Please read our dedicated section for Refunds in Terms and conditions - Returns Policy.

Please note that all sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries other then Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
